ABOUT ME
Bio & artist's statement
My full name is Adomas Vasiliauskas, currently working under the pseudonym SHIZMOS. I was born in 1982 to the Lithuanian professional artists family in Vilnius, Lithuania. I am a self-taught multidisciplinary artist, having a BA degree in Internation Business. Art as a medium for me is a spiritual experience. I believe that artists can and must solve real life problems. My favorite topic I chose to explore is the connection between human, nature and technologies: how all three sides can coexist in harmony and what could happen, if this mission fails? My strong believe is that there is always light in the darkness, where I draw most of my inspiration to create.
Besides fine art, I am also a tattoo apprentice and a keen poet.
